Students who wish to take a make-up exam due to scheduling conflicts or other valid reasons during the 2025/2026 spring semester midterm exams will have their cases evaluated in accordance with the document /images/files/DD-007-YTÜ Guidelines for the Acceptance and Administration of Make-Up Exams During the Semester.doc;
1- Students with valid excuses under the regulations must prepare the FR-0607-coded application form and submit it along with an official document proving their excuse, as per /images/files/FR-0607-Make-Up Exam Request Form.doc
2- Students experiencing a schedule conflict must prepare the FR-0606 form and attach the course/exam schedules for both departments, /images/files/FR-0606-Excuse Exam Request Form for Conflicting Courses.doc.
Students may email their request and official documentation proving their excuse to our Department’s email address (sbpblm@yildiz.edu.tr). Applications submitted using forms other than those specified above will not be accepted.
There is no need to submit documents in person to the department.
